•vet paperwork (ensure their vet paperwork is updated prior to bringing them).

Grooming: If you have a long-coated breed, please ensure that they've had a recent short groom to be easy maintenance to care for. If you would like them groomed while here, it will have to be arranged prior to pickup.
*Upon arrival, please remain in or near your vehicle. Utilize the walkie talkie in the mailbox to the left of the driveway to notify us of your arrival. Your dog must be kept on leash at all times after you remove them from your vehicle (No exceptions). Please remember that we usually have multiple dogs dropping off at the same time, your safety and the safety of each dog is our highest priority.
Boarding Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Booking: Boarding reservations may be booked at any time and are secured once entered into our reservation system.
Payment: The full reservation balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 14 days before the scheduled start date. Weekend Payments: If the 14-day payment date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payment will be processed on the preceding Friday.
Changes Before Payment: Reservations may be canceled or modified at any time before payment is processed with no penalty. After Payment: Once payment has been processed, the reservation is final. No refunds, credits, transfers, or date changes will be provided. Shortened Stays: No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations, shortened stays, early pickups, or unused boarding days after payment has been processed. Extended Stays: If a stay is extended, the additional boarding days and any other charges incurred will be added to the reservation. Additional Charges: On the day the dog goes home, any additional boarding or other charges incurred during the stay will be automatically charged to the card on file prior to pickup or return of the dog.
