When booking, please keep in mind that we will need to confirm availability for the drop off and pickup times (team availability). If we need to change the times, we will let you know. It is crucial that you arrive on time unless an emergency keeps you later. If you cannot make your appointed time, please call us at 912-655-4760 to notify us.
The system allows you to book your stay 48 hours prior to arrival. If you need to book on shorter notice than that please reach out to us directly at 912-655-4760, email us at admin@nexusk9training.com or message us through Facebook.
If your pickup time falls after 11:00 AM, you will be charged a $30 daycare per dog since the dogs will be cared for throughout the day.
Payment: Payments must be made in full prior to drop off. Dogs will not be accepted unless payment has been made. Digital payments can be made through your client portal. Cash or check can be brought to the drop off (Please let us know when booking if you'll be paying cash or check).
We've compiled some important information to assist you in preparing for your drop off with us. Please familiarize yourself with this information and reach out ahead of time with any inquires you may have.
What to bring: (Please do not bring anything that is not on this list without prior approval)
well fitted collar with an ID tag with your information
•leash
•All training tools (prong, ecollar) that was used for training. Please utilize the prong when dropping them off.
•vet paperwork (ensure their vet paperwork is updated prior to bringing them).
•food sufficient for their stay.
Grooming: If you have a long-coated breed, please ensure that they've had a recent short groom to be easy maintenance to care for. If you would like them groomed while here, it will have to be arranged prior to pickup.
*Upon arrival, please remain in or near your vehicle. Utilize the walkie talkie in the mailbox to the left of the driveway to notify us of your arrival. Your dog must be kept on leash at all times after you remove them from your vehicle (No exceptions). Please remember that we usually have multiple dogs dropping off at the same time, your safety and the safety of each dog is our highest priority.
